It’s simple — this is about you, your family and your love for one another. I want to capture the smiles, the kisses and the cuddles in your environment, so you can cherish them for years to come and pass them down as heirlooms, generation to generation.

From the moment I stumbled upon Jessie's work on her Instagram page, I instantly knew she would make an excellent fit with our family to capture all of our precious moments. We have really enjoyed getting to know her and have absolutely loved the images she has captured.
"She is just stellar and her work is simply gorgeous!

Not only because of he quality of her work, but because of how personalized and thoughtful she was from start to finish. Before the shoot, she took time to help us with outfits and choose the right time of day for lighting to maximize the output.
"Jessie was an extraordinary photographer

Because I only take a limited number of bookings a year, I book out months in advance. I recommend reaching out at least 4 months before your planned session date to be sure you have a spot on the agenda!

No worries at all! I will guide you through the whole posing process. I will tell you where to stand and look, how to keep your legs and where to hold your hands. And you know what, at the end of the session you’ll look back and remember how fun and easy it was!
When there are little kids at your session, don’t worry too much about ‘smiling in the camera’. I will make sure we will get that family portrait, but I also love focussing on candid moments with you and your family! Just relax and enjoy the time you are spending with them.

I typically advise parents to schedule as soon as they feel comfortable after birth! The ‘newer’ the baby, the better the session typically goes. A younger baby is typically sleepier and much more cooperative for pictures. Sometimes after a few weeks baby acne sets in and/ or scratches appear, so I try and encourage in-home sessions as close to birth as possible/comfortable for you - ideally within the first two weeks after birth, seems to be the norm, but the sooner the better! :)
Lots of moms ask me what to do when their baby arrives earlier or later than expected. I totally understand you cannot plan this, so I make sure I keep enough room in the agenda around your due date to reschedule your session when necessary. I also keep an eye on the weather because dark and rainy skies can hugely affect the amount of light in your home!
